Granville Stephen Waiters was an American Professional Basketball Player, who has now retired. He was born on January 8 in the year 1961 in Columbus, Ohio.
He is a 6 ft 11 in (2.11 m) tall man who weighs 225 lb (102 kg). This legend of basketball played as a center for Ohio State University's men's basketball team. He was the current of air by the Portland Trail Blazers in the second round of the 1983 NBA Draft.
The Portland Trail Blazers had sold their draft rights to the Indiana Pacers. So Granville Stephen Waiters had to spend his first two seasons in Indiana. Later he played for "Houston Rockets" and also for "Chicago Bulls" till 1988 when he left the NBA for Europe.
